Contacted the Beswick Group initially in May 2012, made an appointment to view a unit, the person who showed the unit was nice but refused to show other units that were available besides the one shown, Called the company back and asked why along with some other concerns like for example showing a unit that isn't prepped and refusing to prep it until after it is rented, they stated that the situation didn't fit their policy and assigned me to a rep named Simone, on three occasions Simone was suppose to meet with me and stood me up, Simone was suppose to drop off paperwork to a 3rd party and informed the 3rd party several times that she would show yet each day turns into another tomorrow. I have asked to be connected to another rep yet this company refuses. This evening I left a voicemail and requested that a district manager call me back - mind you that this is not the first request. It is my experience that the Beswich reputation is a farce. Each encounter so far lacked professionalism on all accounts and customer service is horrible
