The manager is very rude and has a lot to learn about dealing with the public and providing quality service. Especially in this economy when I have been a loyal customer to the establishment, when I can just take my business elsewhere, where the employees are friendly. As I tried to explain what happened with a faulty product, causing a very dangerous situation, she cut me off and tried to blame me. Then when I corrected her and told her not to cut me off and had she let me finish, she got an attitude. Then she thought the whole thing was funny and wanted to stand in a stance that showed she wanted to fight. Good customer service is when you HEAR (LISTEN) the customer (not cut them off, it makes them even more irate), EMPATHIZE (not mock), APOLOGIZE (not accuse), RESPOND (address the concern for safety in this case, not laugh) and THANK the customer for in fact being a customer and giving you the opportunity to rectify the situation! NOT MAKE IT WORSE!
