How I met mr. Craig some months ago my Fusion head Hydro plated on some wet surface and it cracked the bumper a very badly. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and I finally after three times I was able to get my vehicle in this weekend. It actually was ready a day later which was an agreement between the two of us I figured I'd rather have them take their time than rush through it he didn't charge me an extra day for having the rental. In I could have just cried my car looks light as one small thing that you really can't see exactly like it was when I first bought it brand new. I was kind of hoping they'd watch it a little bit better but it doesn't matter I'm going to take it and wash it and wax it and I intend to come back to Suburban to have them do a couple more things because I feel comfortable I feel that my experience with him it's been Pleasant very encouraging that he's very knowledgeable and I know whatever I have done is professional. It was a little bit more than what I had anticipated not that much but the work was done very quality work so yes I would recommend anyone who's able to go there it is very very excellent good service he was I can't speak for everyone else but as far as my experience with him he was a gentleman he was respectful I didn't hear cursing and carrying on back from the shop even though the garage doors were open it was very professional atmosphere so yes I have feelings for someone to time and trouble to go in to talk to them if you have an accident and struggling to think about who to have your car fixed if it's under insurance and you know go from there because as I said I have two more things that done and I'm going there for them thank you. :)

Work was completed beautifully. Craig was really nice.

THE SHOP OWNER IS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL





AFTER AN ACCIDENT APPRAISER HIRED BY MY INSURANCE CO SENT MY CAR TO THIS SHOP, THE CAR WAS TOTALED AND I WAS TOLD BY THE INSURANCE CO TO PICK UP THE CAR, I CALLED CRAIG WHO TOLD ME PARTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN ORDERED, I TOLD HIM NO WORK IS TO BE DONE THE CAR BECAUSE THE INSURANCE CO TOTALED THE CAR, AND TO HAVE HIM INVOICE THE INSURANCE CO WHO WOULD THEN OVER NIGHT HIM A CHECK.

HE REFUSED TO LISTEN HE SAID HE'LL CAR THE INSURANCE BACK (HE HADNT SPOKEN TO THEM PREVIOUSLY ONLY TO THE APPRAISER)THEN HUNG UP ON ME.



I CALLED TH INSURANCE BACK TO INFORM THEM OF PROBLEM, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY'LL CONTACT HIM TO WORK IT OUT,

I WAS CONTACTED BY THE INSURANCE CO 2 WEEKS LATER AND TOLD TO AGAIN PICK UP CAR, MOMENTS LATER I WAS CONTACTED AGAIN AND TOLD THE SHOP WILL BRING THE CAR TO ME THAT DAY JUST CALL THE SHOP TO GIVE DIRECTIONS TO MY HOME . AFTER 2 ATTEMPTS THAT DAY AND 3 THE FOLLOWIGN TO SCHEDULE A DROP OFF TIME I WAS UNSUCCESSFUL IN GETTING THE CAR BOUGHT TO ME, CRAIG SAID IT WAS TOO FAR AND THEY'LL ONLY TAKE IT BACK TO THE LOCATION IT WAS TOWED FROM AND NOT TIL TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK AGAIN WAS HUNG UP ON
