We have used SteriTec to mitigate mold on two separate occasions( multiple homes) Both times they exceeded our expectations. They have the friendliest staff and do a very thorough job. I would not recommend anyone else!

The company came and did the work as contracted. Time will tell if the mold remediation was thorough. However, I was notified by the owner after work was completed that despite any estimates provided and info on their website, Steritec does not do small jobs and does not need the work. Unless you have an extremely large project, you might be better serviced with another company.

This company is NOT CLOSED! They have just moved to another location. 1196 East 152nd.

Steritec and owner Jim Roby did a very through job in removing the mold and mildew from my crawl space, and it came with a five year warranty. Jim came out personally to evaluate what needed to be done. The workers were very professional, and completed the job in a timely fashion. Steritec billed my insurance company directly, so I didn't have to deal with the financial issues.
