February 21st, it was snowing in am, roads are a mess. I had planned to get a pedicure for weeks, I decided to just go. I just got a pedicure with Hollywood, he did not want my toe nails to get damaged. He drove my car right to the door so that I didn't have to walk in the unplowed parking lot wearing flip flops. If that is not customer service, I do not know what is.

I have never had a bad experience at State Nails, they are very friendly and accomodating.

I was in a hurry and came here to get my nails done. I never been here before. The nail tech was playing a game on her iphone when I walked in. After that, she told me to wait for her so she can finish her game. The lady name is Tanya. Their business is horrible. I will not come back here ever again. This is unproffesional to make a client wait when the nail tech was clearly available.
