Had a great experience buying my car and a great experience with Stephen Donat that made my time their fast and made the process a easy process to go through would definitely recommend him to others

My salesperson Stephen Donat was great! He was honest with me about a few things. This was confirmation that I was at the right dealership. I appreciate integrity and wish more dealerships had sales people like Stephen. I bought the exact car I wanted at a great price! My sister was with me and had no intentions of buying a car. She was so impressed with the customer service. She came back to see Stephen the next day and also traded in her car for something new! I will be buying my future cars from this dealership!

I had many questions about pricing, what items I needed to have serviced and what I could a better price on elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the dealer price on brakes was pretty comparable to what I had paid through my personal mechanic. Prices on a battery were high, put overall, items hit at about where Eddie quoted. Eddie was very personable over the phone when I first spoke with him and then again in person when I dropped my Kia Soul off for service. The final bill came in about $75 dollars less than the estimate, so that was a nice surprise. Way to go, Eddie!! Thank you for being a five star service advisor!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

I had a great experience at Spritzer Kia of Cleveland. They opened the door for us before we even got to the door, were very friendly, offered something to drink, and answered any questions we had. We personally dealt with Michael Rosado, and he was very helpful. Spritzer Kia was very different than other car places I've been to, it felt like we were family friends needing to buy a car. Highly recommend!

I want to Thank Abed-Elaziz Assad for an Awesome experience, once again, with buying a new car from Spitzer Kia. He texted me asking if I would be interested in trading in my car and although I really wasn't, I decided to go in any way just to look at the new ones. And he sold me one, Abed was very persuasive but I do have to admit everything he texted me about was true and was exactly what he said it would be, especially the payment amounts and all that fun stuff. LOL Even though I told him I wanted a purple car and he said he didn't have any, he did say he would put a purple bow on it. AND HE DID! Not just one, but two purple bows. Thank You Abed and I'll be sure to look you up the next time I'm in the market for a new car. One of the best car salesman I've ever bought a car from. ;-)

The overall experience of buying a car from kia Spitzer was awesome. Michael rosado was the salesman we were working with and he went above and beyond to work out a deal with us. If your looking for a kia or used cars definitely check out mr rosado and kia Spitzer!

Arleen Robles at Spitzer Kia did a terrific job helping me to choose my new car. I was able to drive every different trim level in order to decide which features were most important to me. She even let me drive to the overflow lot to take a second look at a car I initially decided against. She was great at explaining how everything worked and the thing I appreciated the most was the follow up support that she offered either via text, phone call or an appointment with her. This was very important to me because my old car was 16 years old and did not have any of the technology the new cars have so I definitely had questions! She even went the extra mile to check the CD player in my old car the next day because I thought I may have left CD's in it! I got a fair deal, good trade in value and I am satisfied with this purchase.
