Purchased my k5 from Stephan Donat he made the process very enjoyable I am thrilled with my new vehicle and the service this dealership and salesman provided I shopped around and Spitzer and Stephan beat all, no need to shop around next time I found my Kia dealership and salesman of choice!

I had a great experience, At Spitzer, west Kia I would recommend my salesman Paul to anyone. Paul took the time to make sure I had the best deal and experience he could possibly give me. I would recommend this dealership.

Took my car in for the first oil change and Melissa Myers provided great customer service, escorted me to a waiting room, offered refreshments, and kept me informed throughout my wait. She did an outstanding job making my sure my car was serviced, and returned my car cleaner inside, and out than when I arrived.
