Machinery not always in best condition and it is not open 24 hours much to my dismay now. They're rushing you out of the place by half past one. The few times I have been there for the 7 to 10 PM block I have had a brand new magazine stolen, a dryer load of laundry that needed 2 more rounds of cycle of 5 towels a thin blanket and a partial flat toddler quilt "nlankey" my nephew had slept with all of his 4 year and 3 months of life. The only thing that I have to be able to make nice is that they are not expensive and when they were all night, I would bring my keyboard in and my drummer would take snare n brushes and we played jazzabilly.

None of their claims on the home page are true. Three weeks ago I had to put an extra several dollars of quarters into a dryer because it was broke, but did not realize until too late. I wrote TWO reports to get my money back. I was there yesterday and NOTHING could be found about my reports, and never a phone call from the manager. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. And numerous bad recommendations wherever possible on the internet until they contact me about this. As far as the disclaimers posted on the walls, nothing overrides the laws about THEFT OF SERVICE.

This facility has a variety of sizes of washer machines and there are many machines that can be used. If the laundromat is full of people, big washing machines are always available. My only complaint is that the dryers do not dry my clothes well. This facility is open late and open early. There is an ATM and two change machines. Inside of the restroom there is baby changing station.

Simply awful. The machines are old and do not work half the time. Good luck getting your money if the machine doesn't work. They will quote a blurb that's posted on the wall that states no refunds. There is also an 800 number to call for complaints that has been blocked out. Hmmm go figure. I was told by one of the ladies that works there that the owner makes them give the money back to the customer out of their own pocket and that is why it is so hard to get any acceptable service when the machine does not work and eats your money. In my opinion there needs to be an exchange of services for a refund not simply taking your money and not giving anything in return. On a side note if the machines do work they are so old that they do a below average job of washing. The dryers take an extraordinary amount of money before the clothes are totally dry..and this is running half full. Also, be careful not to take roaches home with you! You have been warned!
