The administration of this building is very unprofessional and the worst I ever saw. I was interested to rent an apartment here because of the perfect location, I told the leasing manager that I am graduate student and that my father who lives outside the country will pay the rent. I gave them the reference of my current leasing office ( 2 years leasing history in Cleveland) paying always on the first day a month. They said it is ok, I signed the papers and paid the security deposit and the application fees, after few days they called me and they said, your father need to pay 6 months in advance as a down payment in order to approve your lease, I told them no this is not going to happen, they called me again in few minutes and they said here is the deal, pay 2 months in advance plus 4 security deposits !!! I told them no I don't respect that, you are doubting me , you can just review my leasing history before judging on me, if i did not pay on time you can just tell me to move out and run after me by law......and I cancelled everything........she said the application fees is non refundable, I told her no it is gonna be refunded since you said that it is ok for me as a graduate student to lease ...she refunded me the fees afterwards.............. I did not stay in the apartment, and I got scared from staying at it or even thinking about it, since I would expect them to keep calling me from time to time and ask for extra fees ( because I am graduate student with unpaid training).........................Very unprofessional property, look for somewhere else where you will feel respected..........
