Tremendous work! I called Roto-Rooter about a leaky shower drain on a Saturday at 11:30 AM, by 5 PM that day my problem was fixed and taken care of. The plumber was polite, helpful, efficient, professional, quick, and clean! He did a tremendous job, and I was very satisfied with my experience!!

A very sticky situation was immediately solved in a matter of an hour. My plumber was MIKE #229 who was very professional and informative about current problem and maintenance for the future. Have used Roto-Rooter for plumbing problems for the last 3-4 years.

My son flushed a shaving cream cap down the toilet and the it wouldn't flush/drain. I had originally called a different plumbing service and had waited 4 hours for them to come when I got a call saying they couldn't come until the next day. I have little kids who can't "hold-it" very long and I had already gone almost 2 days without our only toilet and didn't want to make it 3 so I called Roto-Rooter and they were here in an hour. Gave me different scenarios of what he could do and how much each would cost. Had it done quickly and for a fair price. I was even able to use an on-line coupon. Would absolutely call them again because they were so quick.

Was prompt on arrival time. Didn't have to sit around waiting all day. Mike was very informative when I had any questions. No mess was left behind.He was in and out within an hour.

he unclogged my drain when donofrio services in lakewood couldnt. he also recommended several things to hold me over until i had enough money to get my pipes replaced.

Just two days before Christmas at 12:30 in the morning the sanitary sewer line was starting to back up after each toilet flush. Tree roots are usually the culprit so I went online and scheduled an emergency service call with Roto Rooter at 1:30 in the morning. They called promptly at 8:00 am and had a plumbing tech out to the house at 9:00 am. He was very courteous and professional and got to work right away. He had the line unclogged in 30 minutes and informed me that it was tree roots causing the problem. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for their fast and efficient service.

AJ, the repairman came within the hour as promised. He was very knowledgable, and repaired our problem .

I called because my sink would not drain and within two hours they arrived. Steve, the plumber, listened to my explaination of what was wrong and explained in detail what he proposed doing to correct it and what it would cost. I agreed to have him do the work which he did in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Yesterday morning at 8AM, I called Roto-Rooter for a leaky faucet. A repair time was scheduled for 9-11 AM, and the plumber arrived at 10:15.



The repair work was excellent. All the questions I had about the plumbing were answered completely and clearly, the work that needed to be done was explained exactly, the price was exactly what was quoted. The repair areas were left neater and cleaner than they started out, and the plumber was very courteous and efficient.



Getting plumbing repairs done has been made efficient by Roto-Rooter. All one has to do is call for an almost immediate appointment and the rest just gets done as promised. They also have records of all previous repairs with them, so there's no question of having to explain it.



I can't imagine calling anyone except Roto-Rooter for plumbing repairs.

I have used Roto-Rooter for years. This particular experience was AGAIN very professional. They were able to come to our home within one and one half hour of my calling.



The plumber (Darryl) was very knowledgable and helpful.



We will call again for our next plumging needs.

roto-rooter sent bryan baker [ID#1663] repair broken piping in my basement floor. He was professional, courteous and neat in doing his job, which involved many trips up and down steep stairs carrying heavy buckets with a broken/absent railing. It took 2 days including working after 7pm. He made a point of keeping us updated and cleaned up completely when he was done.

Steve was a very competent and polite technician. I would request him in the future.

He arrived on the evening before Thanksgiving for our service call. I The main drain cleanout needed to be cleared.

He took his time and did a very nice job.

We had a great experience on replacing our water heater and fix our disposal through holiday weekend. Your plumber was polite and professional. He did a good job.

We had a bad back up two days before Thanksgivings and the guys came thru. It took four hours but they did not let the blockage stop them. Thanks for the good work.

I had a water pipe break on a Saturday afternoon. I called Roto-Rooter at 3:00 PM and was told a plumber would be at my home between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. A call at 3:50 PM confirmed that a plumber was on the way, and the plumber arrived at 4:00 PM.



After determining the source of the leak, the plumber discussed repair options and estimated costs with me. After determining the best repair option, the plumber told me that he would need to go to the hardware store (Home Depot) for parts. I realize that plumbers can not stock every thing they may need in their trucks, but this part was a 3/8" quick connect T connector. The plumber returned after about 20 minutes and began the repair work. The bad fitting needed to be cut out and a small section of feed pipe needed to be soldered in before the T connector could be installed. When the repair was tested, another leak in a different pipe connected to the T connector was discovered. This leak required a second trip to The Home Depot for parts. The second repair was quickly completed, but had a very slow leak, about one drop every 2 minutes. The plumber replaced the section with the drip. This fixed the problem.



I did not expect the repair to take 4.5 hours, but the work was done well and the plumber checked and re-checked for leaks prior to leaving. The repair was within $50 of the original quote, which did not include the additional parts and labor for the second leak. The amount charged for 4.5 hours of work plus parts on a weekend afternoon was not unreasonable. The work was done to my satisfaction and I would use Roto-Rooter again.

I have never taken the time to write a review before, but after my experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service, I felt compelled to do so. From the moment I called Roto-Rooter, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and competency. I was having problems with my sewer line from my house, which I learned was caused by mass roots penetrating the lines. I called Roto-Rooter around 9am on Saturday morning, and my called was instantly answered by a representative, no recording, no automated maze to struggle through in order to talk to someone. The man on the phone was extremely courteous and informative. He advised me that a service man would be at my house within 1 hour to provide me with a free estimate, and to answer any questions I had. In less than an hour, a gentleman by the name of Phil, was at my door. He was extremely knowledgable, informative, and carried himself in a professional manner. He recommended a clean out from main sewar line to my house. At no additional cost to me, Phil utilized a camera device to insure he removed all blockage and root infiltration.Before he left, he asked me if I had any other questions or concerns, extended his hand, and thanked me for my business. In a world where it seems everyone is trying to cut-corners, I can't say enough, how impressed I was with my entire experience with the professionals of Roto-Rooter. I not only would recommend this company to anyone I know who needs plumbing and/or drain service, I wouldn't recommend any other company except Roto-Rooter. Thank you Phil, and all the workers at Roto-Rooter, you're in a class of your own!

I've been having toilet back up problems for a week- had a friend snake the toilet- no luck. I called Roto-rooters and they were out to fix the problem within the HOUR! Darryl did a thorough job snaking every pipe that could be snaked and the problem was fixed! Now my crappy issue is all gone. Thanks so much!
