On New Years Eve early morning, noticed toilet would not flush, and just keep filling up the bowl. But, unfortunately, if you you did flush it, water would pour out fall over the basement floor. Could not find any plumber open, until I came upon Roto-Rooter. Ben, tech 827 arrived within the hour of my placing the call. The weather was brutally cold, but it did not stop Ben. He worked constantly to get everything working again. Unfortunately for us, the problem was breaks in the main line going out of the street, so it will be a very expensive repair bill, but I know Roto Rooter will do a great job. Ben and the Filed Supervisor, Dennis, are both top notch employees, so I have no qualms about how this job will be handled. Thanks, Ben, you are an asset to Roto Rooter, and an extremely knowledgeable plumber.

Rene #1199 showed up early. He is very professional. He had the clogged toilet running again beautifully!

I am always super satisfied with rooting rooter, I know what I get every single time, i can rely on their expertise, consistency and most of all guarantees.
I leaned my lesson the hard way when I changed one time to a local stand alone service, because if some coupon. Ended up paying double and still had to go back to rooto rooter to fix the problem. So I went back to them and since then, their number on my fridge.
TED #1700 came this time fixed the problem great professionalism. explained the problem, the options and cost and let me decide.
I like to put review every single time, because I think these hard blue color workers deserve recognition for doing good job every single time.

They were very efficient and helpful. They came right out,called ahead to let me know when they'd be here. Larry the technician let me know what was wrong. There wasn't a charge for the service call. Larry had to comeback another day. He gave me a quote and my frozen pipe was fixed within an hour. Roto-Rooter did an excellent job and will gladly recommend them.

The service tech who was sent to our location several times has been wonderful. He fixed our utility room drain and he also fixed our bathroom sink that has not been right for over 5 years. We are very happy with your services and he should be rewarded for his work above and beyond what is required.

It was Saturday afternoon, getting ready for an early Thanksgiving Dinner when the drains backed up again. We performed our usual, but this time it didn't work! I opened the yellow pages and found Roto Rooter with 24/7 service. I called around 3:00 and they were at our home in 30 minutes. Pinpointed the problem, had it fixed and cleaned up before our company arrived! Great service! Jack was personable and extremely informative. We we so happy to have found Roto Rooter!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful they were!!! Rob was our technician. He was here and snaked out my kitchen pipes that were totally clogged! I have never had a plumber that was SO neat-he even used Lysol and cleaned under my sink when he was finished! Their call center was extremely pleasant and scheduled my appointment right away!!! We had found a plumber in the yellow pages earlier in the week due to tub backing up and water leaking into basement, had to wait two days for him to fit us into his schedule, at which time he spent 3 hours at our house and was unable to find or repair the problem. This cost us $400.00. At 6:00pm that evening (a Saturday) my husband contacted Roto-Rooter, Cory #1652, arrived at 7:15pm and by 9:00pm the problem was located, repaired and our cost was exactly as quoted prior to anything being done - additionally, the price we were quoted was ONLY if the Ro-Rooter tech was able to locate AND correct the problem. We were amazed at the prompt attention on a Saturday night, last minute, and relieved to have the problem resolved so we would use our shower again. Just wish we would have contacted Roto-Rooter first and saved the additional $400.00.

Our Roto Rooter plumber was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! He even picked up our new toilet from Home Depot and hauled out our old one at no additional charge!

Our Roto Rooter plumber was great. He was able to fix a leaky pipe in a tight spot without cutting or damaging our (newly redone) ceiling directly below it. We live in the east suburbs of Cleveland.

I was very skeptical calling because of the usual outrageous charges just for a "service call" to see what is needed. I was shocked when they told me there was no charge for the technician to come out! They would look into the problem and then let me know what the costs would be to fix the issue(s) before any work was done. A truly wonderful example of outstanding service! The technician they sent, Walter, was superb! Very courteous and friendly, and more than patient! He snaked the pipe several times and got the roots out. Everything was working properly within a matter of a couple of hours. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! They are fast, reliable and hard-working!

It is Easter Sunday and we had to call Roto-Rooter because of our sewer backing up. They arrived within 30 minutes and took care of our problem. Both technicians, Dwayne and Jim were knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for your help. We live in SOlon Ohio.

I can't say enough about Roto-Rooter, they are wonderful! Our technician/Angel :) Mell #3150, is very knowledgeable and kindly explained everything we needed to understand! Everything is now working beautifully! Mell also showed us how to maintain clean, clear pipes. We are very Grateful!

I called Roto-Rooter at the last minute to install a natural gas shut-off valve for a new dryer. By the time I got off work the technician, Denton, was already on his way. He was very cheerful and knowledgeable. He was done before I knew it, despite having to fight with a poorly-placed main shut-off valve. He even comped the price of the parts!



I have several other gas-related projects in the future and I'll certainly be calling Roto-Rooter back!

We called on Christmas Eve. Steve came out and installed a water heater. He couldn't have been any more courteous. He explained everything, so we knew what he was doing. He had a little trouble with the tank (not his fault) and stayed until he fixed it. A1 service. Prompt and courteous I was always afraid to call a top company for fear of expense. Wasn't bad and I'd do it again.

Called for a leaky tub/shower. Showed up on time, polite, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Great service.
