The service was fantastic!!!!! I called and they were there within an hour. The plumber was very nice and he walked us through everything step by step!!!! I felt very comfortable with them in my house and the cost was great. Compared to other companies we have used this was the BEST!!!!!!!!

Great job as usual. I have used Roto-Rooter for over 20 years. They always get the job done.

After calling the water department and fire department to come turn off my water supply to prevent my house from flooding. I called Roto-Rooter. Their technician,John Williams, was a life saver! My basement was flooding from a problem with my main water line. Mr. Williams was very professional, conscientious, and helpful. He fixed the problem right away. When no other plumber would come out (After Midnight) Roto-Rooter was there. I will definitely do business with them again.

Fast and friendly! I called about a slow drain and a roto-rooter plumber was out there the same morning. The plumber was friendly, neat (he wore shoe covers), and got the job done. My tub drain and sink drain work perfectly.

Al (#703) and Eric (#2418) were very efficient and helpful, were able to identify each of my problems right away and explained all my options before starting work. They were done much more quickly than I expected, and they did a great job! Thanks!

MIke 229 was polite and efficient. He explained everything upfront and even took his shoes off when he came in the house. He took care of the clogged drain and pipes and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks for the excellent service.

Roto Rooter installed a check valve and PVC piping for our sump pump just over two years ago. A pin-sized hole developed in the upper part of the check valve, causing a leak. This was way too soon for this part to fail--it was probably defective. Instead of standing by their work and parts, Roto Rooter claimed they warranted the work for only one year, and only offered to send someone over to give an estimate for the repair. They offered no information on whether there was a longer manufacturer warranty, or even contact info for the manufacturer. The guy that did the replacement was professional and nice, but it was another $200 out of my pocket.

My bathroom sink was draining slowly and got to the point where it no longer drained at all. I emailed Roto-Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. They called promptly at 8:00AM to let me know they would be to my house in about a half hour. Two plumbers showed up quickly and they got right to work. A few different services were offered and explained to me with no "high pressure" sales pitches. I opted for the the Clean and Treat. They took care of the clog and explained everything about the enzyme cleaner as well as their 6 month guaranty. Overall I was very pleased with their quick and friendly service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Technician Steve #3116 was very knowledgable and friendly. He was very concerned about not making a mess and did not. I have used Roto-Rooter many times and have always been very satisfied with their work.

We had John (2723) help us with our outside drain pipes. It was cold and messy and he did a great job, anyway.

Roto-Rooter sent Scott out to my house to take a look at my clogged drain. He explained the problem to me, and explained what he was doing throughout the entire process. He was very helpful, pleasant and honest. I was a bit suprised by the price, but with their warranty, hopefully you get what you pay for. And if there is any problem, they will come out any hour of the day and night for free (within 6 months). Thank you Roto-Rooter.

There was a water leak in the ceiling of a vacant property we wanted to purchase. We needed the pipes repaired quickly in order to close. We were sent a repairman that had over 30 years of experience. He made us feel comfortable and explained every step of the process. He made the repair as tidy as possible and protected the property from any further damage. We are completely satisfied with the service and would recommend and use the service again.

Came on time, fixed the problem in a professional manner.

I'm writing this review to commend the Roto-Rooter guys that came to my house yesterday to clear my sewer line. Johnathan & Dennis were very knowledgeable and highly skilled performing their task. What had been a complete waste of time with all others involved over three days was an easy task for them. They came in and cleared my sewer line in no time flat. They cleaned up the mess the other guy left. They even waited to explain their findings to the city. Next time I won't waste time callling anyone else. I'll call the best. Roto-Rooter, they get the job done! Trust me, if you want it done, call them.

A Saturday afternoon ruined by the tell tale signs of a clogged main sewer line. Do these ever get plugged up between Monday and Friday? I think not. At any rate, after reading some online reviews of the various companies in my area I made a call to Roto-Rooter. Within an hour, Dennis arrived at my door. Upon confirming the problem, he spelled out the most reliable and cost effective way to remedy it. He was light on the salesmanship and heavy on getting started at fixing my problem. a no nonsense approach to getting the job done. It is for that reason I'd definitely call them again.

A clogged drain on Saturday morning - not fun! But a call to Roto-Rooter brought Mike, #229, quickly to our house. He had it fixed in no time. The service was courteous, fast and professional. I would definately call again.

REally fast and efficient. I called at like 3:30 pm, and they were out by 4:30. fixed everything, didn't charge me for more than i needed. quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and fixed it. i've used them before and i'd use them again. no doubt about it.

I had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter plumber Phil1695. It was a joy to have him in my home. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He explained the charges to me so that I could understand. And he didn't push the issue when I didn't want to get the most expensive repair. Also, he was very clean and my bathrooms looked the same when he left as they did when he came. I will not hesitate to call him if I need further repair.

Since the early 1970's we have remained a loyal cstomer to Roto-Rooter, one simple reason TRUST.

Roto-Rooter has been there every time for us with fast service, courtesy, great trouble shooting experience and helpful suggestions.
