jason was the name of the plumber. he called to tell me what time he would be there and sure enough, he was right on time. I explained my problem with him and he came up with a systematic solution to cure the problem. i got to watch camera screen to see exactly what the problem. with some jetting and snaking, Jason had my drains back up to speed. Jason explained every very well to me so that there was no suprises.

I will continue to use roto-rooter for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Jason for taking good care of me.

When our clogged kitchen drain was beyond the equipment of our local plumber, he suggested calling Roto-Rooter. Great service -- prompt, cheerful, tidy and expert. Bryan showed the ingenuity necessary in working through the problem in our older home built on a slab. He also fixed a leak in our kitchen sink sprayer, making a trip to purchase a new part in the finish that would match our fixtures. Loved the free estimate and up-front pricing. Will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again.

After our basement flooded, we called roto rooter, the technician came within an hour, gave us and estimate, and completed the job at a reasonable price. We were very happy with the professional service we received. I would recommend roto rooter to anyone.

ON 4/26/2011 we had a slow drain, so we called Roto-Rooters Plumbers and they came out that same day to help us out. A nice professional showed up and listened to our issue and solved our problem.



He even figured out how to do it without us having to tear up the rug!

I could not be happier with the service I received today from Roto-Rooter. I actually called this morning and had a plumber at my home within a few hours. Mike #229 was terrific and fixed two major problems I had which I had been told by two other plumbers could not be fixed! He was professional, experienced and could not have been nicer! We've had a major sewer problem for the past two years, had one company come out and problem was never solved, not only was the problem not solved, but we were cheated financially. One this particular day, a call was placed to Roto-Rooter, the field rep, Steve, came to help solve the problem. He noticed that the drain was in need of a jet pressure system, contacted his office, and helped us in getting the necessary help. Steve stayed and helped us beyond what he was suppose to, and for that, my family is every sooo grateful to him and their office.

Sunday January 16th, 2011, I walked into my basement ready to do a load of laundry when I saw the main sewage drain backed up with a foul smell of sewage. Thinking the worst possible and a costly repair is the worst thing I needed after being laid off a month prior, I attempted to snake it out myself. That did not work so I browsed on Roto-Rooters website and saw free estimates and no extra charge for afterhours, weekends, and holidays. I scheduled an appointment on line and 2 hours later a technician showed up. He assessed the situation gave me an excellent quote and completed the job in 2 hours. Service was excellent! The technician Edward was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Answers all questions and made suggestions to prevent our problem in the future. He was not in a hurry and took care of our problem precisely.

I could not have asked for a quicker more reliable service than I received from Rot-Rooter. They showed up and fixed our on-going drain problems we've been having all within 1 hour of placing the phone call to them for help! We tried to fix a clogged drain ourselves and ended up breaking and returning 3 different snakes we purchased from the hardware store. We could have saved allot of time, ;money and energy by just calling Roto-Rooter in the first place We'll know better next time.

In a busy holiday season marred by a plumbing problem, it was refreshing to get quick, friendly and complete service. We called Roto-Rooter and had service scheduled for a time slot right away that suited us. Our sink wasn't draining properly. We called Roto Rooter to winterize our vacant home. My experience with Roto Rooter was pleasant and professional from the first phone call through the completion of the work. Derek was the first to arrive. He arrived right on time, explained the process, and answered all my questions. His co-worker, Scott, joined him. Bryan Baker was the Plumber that came to my house when I had a problem with my basement drain. Bryan was awesome!! He explained everything thoroughly, he was very efficient and very neat. But most of all, he never seemed bothered by the fact that my Golden Retriever wanted to follow him everywhere! Bryan took it all in stride.
