I had my driveway done about 3 years ago, by Romanin Concrete. Very, very dissatisfied! I had told them originally (before they even started the job) about water getting under my original asphalt drive from the run off from my neighbor's property. Chris assured me that they "know what they were doing" and would pitch the driveway to properly drain. Guess what? That did not happen, when it rains the water runs down the drive and over the edge (since it was "Not Pitched Right" or there should have been a curb installed) & (Of Course) now I am getting water underneath the driveway down by the where they installed a new sewer. Which was poorly installed at 3/4 of an inch "above" the cement driveway....thus the water sits there up against the lip of the sewer and seeps down around the sewer and underneath the concrete where it is supposed to drain!! ?? Do you know what happens in the winter, when the water freezes? As soon as you drive over it the driveway cracks!! Needless to say I have 7 or 8 long cracks. Not to mention that the water has also found it's way underneath my garage floor and it has also cracked!! Chris came by once and said nothing I can do....BS I would never use them again!
