The actual dental work has been good. The appointment set up/ billing/ customer service from a couple people…. Not so good. I was told my insurance will only let me go if the cleanings are 6 months or more apart and if it’s a day under it won’t be covered. I asked if they could check into that as I switched insurance plans. 6 months later the day before my appointment they said the same thing and I’d have to wait a few weeks until it was past that 6 month mark. I asked if they ever called? They said no. I advised that I changed plans again and could they call please? Since my appointment was the next morning! I also advised that I sell insurance and this did not seem accurate as I have never had this issue before. They called my provider and as it turns out I get 2 cleanings per calendar year. They do not have to be exactly 6 months apart. When I showed up everything was good until the end, the lady that did my fluoride treatment was a bit rude when I questioned what I had been advised previously versus this time. Also she handed me my bag and said oh and your appointment card is in the bag too. They have never ever before just scheduled me a day and time without me going to the desk and checking my schedule, that is not normal procedure. It was a different day of the week which what if I absolutely can’t get off work that day. It just really was not a great overall experience because of these issues, again so far the actual dental work has been good so I will go back and hope the other issues were just a fluke!

Dr. Nicklow is a wonderful dentist and Beba the hygienist is both thorough and gentle. What a dream team!
