So I was involved in a car accident on 176 going northbound at the Spring Road exit yesterday morning my vehicle hit a light pole went down into the ditch way off the road about 50 ft from the exit ramp I called AAA they sent RT out the driver Ken was extremely rude and unprofessional said my truck was too far from the road didn't even try to winch it out said his cable was not long enough on his 650 flatbed that had a 9 ft bed on it after making rude comments to me about how I was stuck in the ditch he left me on the scene then the company that I work for relentless recovery showed up with less equipment than RT and pulled my truck out RT has on experience drivers who are lazy and don't want to work simply pick and choose their own calls that's not the way the towing industry works I worked in towing and recovery for more than 18 years and I've never had the option to pick and choose any of my calls

Blocked parking garage entrance because he didn't want to take ticket to get his tow truck. When honked at (once) he acts like he is going to reverse, so I move back and to a side spot of the trance for government service vehicles and then he refuses to back out, looped a few times before the idiot driver of #29 moved so I could get into the entrance. Upon entering and passing him and his "customers" he condescendingly waves.l (I never honked, mouthed, said, or did any hand gestures) Dispatch and supervisor do nothing that night either and no call backs. Total pathetic excuse for a tow truck driver and his mnaagment. Quite frankly may even call Cleveland city hall and the university whose property was on about his/company's permit.

Called AAA, they sent R&T to tow my car home. About 10 min after talking to AAA got a call saying R&T would be there in 15 minutes! With in 45 minutes of my initial call to AAA my car was in my driveway! These 2 guys were awesome!!!! The driver (Scott) even helped me figure out what was wrong with my car! I'd give these guys a 10 star review if I could, but 5 will have to do. Totally awesome, professional, fast, and friendly. Best experience I ever had getting my car towed 😂

Battery died. Called AAA and they sent Antonio from R&T Roadside Service. He was there quickly and did a full check. Replaced my battery. Friendly, professional and did a great job. Great experience!

It was a snowy Feb 9 and my van broke down in Independence. Can't remember the name of the driver they sent I think it was Duane. Super nice guy. Did a great job. And was very professional. Will put this companies name on my phone for any future needs. Thanks again.

Couldn't have gotten a nicer guy to bail us out! Broke down in a snowstorm while traveling through for a gig and a bit of nostalgia as well. Not only did Marvin take such good care of us-he made us smile and helped us to get the van to the service station but our things out of the vehicle and we actually made it to the venue for showtime!! Can't thank him enough. Triple AAA approved but also 100% approved by us!!! Toured all over the world for years and when you get good service it needs to be acknowledged!!

My car was damaged and the young driver thought he would be dishonest when I made the claim. Unsure of how the rest of the workers are but two of the employees are not good workers.

Professional, prompt and courteous service. Highly recommended!
