I had a flat tire before work and was planning to go to another dealership to get a patch or plug, and R/T quickly identified the leak, and had a steady plug secure in minutes. Wonderful customer service!

Very honest and astute service. R/T detected a problem that the dealer could not detect. The service ended up being under warranty, so I had it done at the dealer, but I would have stuck with R/T if my warranty had already expired. Grateful customer here!

has done work on my vans and always been fair on priceing and cleans up ,makes sure that its right.
