Well I walked into the Ridge Rd office for my daughter's dentist appointment, and both receptionist ignored me,maybe because they were both on cell phones looking at who knows what. The one lady (Monica) had the nasty attitude telling me well your appointment was at 1pm I told her my my appointment card and voice mail that was left by ocean dental clearly said 2pm! So Monica says to me now your just going to have to wait about 45 min to an hour just to be called back! Im so dissatisfied with this office. They need more customer service training. All of them. I didn't even want to give them 1 star not even deserving of that!! Sincerely, one one pissed off mom!

Is there a rating for negative stars? I do not know maybe it was me. I called a day in advance prior to my arrival at the ocean dental office on Ridge Rd. I informed them that I needed a walk in for my children and I. I was informed that walk in was on a daily basis until 3pm. I arrived the next day with my 4 children and myself. I walked up to the counter and stated that we were there to see a dentist. They asked me did I want to make an appointment. I stated "I thought walk in was until 3pm they stated not for 5 people and laughed with one another. So I said o.k. 2 of us will just be seen then, myself and 1 of my kids. I went sat down and filled out the forms. I overheard a conversation with other parents dissatisfied because they were not allowed back with their minor child while a tooth was being pulled. I walked up to the desk and I ask what was I to do when I go in, they informed me that I had to reschedule. My problem is, some things should have been specified.Why not tell me that there is a 2 patient maximum for walk in. Why not tell me that I was unable to be seen because of the kids. Why let me go sit down and waste my time so to say. Such a sad thing, the dentist there are probably exceptional. To bad I will never get the opportunity to find out. Thanks to there "great help....."
