Stay away from this crack house/motel!!! Everyone that works there looks like they are on large amounts of drugs ect..stayed there last night..says has wifi no WiFi only while your in the office signing in, DISGUSTING ROOMS AND BEDS!! I checked in because I needed a place to sleep for the night so I checked in..told they I needed wifi to send some important emails..she said they had wifi n gave me the password, went to my room..musty n dirty walls, old dirty furniture, blankets had big burn holes n rips, and no WiFi signal in room, went back to office told her needed wifi or need a refund! Said the manager/owner will be in around 10pm (it was 5pm) said I can't wait 5 hours and asked her to call him n she refused I also informed her the ground level windows did not lock n I wanted to switch rooms..she gave me another key same thing no WiFi n windows didn't lock! So she moved me upstairs..omg!! End table drawer was missing the front face, and chunks of food n other dirt ect under bed, floors, behind desks ect..told her I wanted to speak w a manager n my $ back..said had to wait for his ok..so went to get something to eat..came back sign said due to lack of staff office is closed!! Now I'm p.o'd!!! Went back to my room n was gonna leave a message for them to come to my room 1st thing or call me when someone is in the office..room phone don't work!! Tried to call 911 just to see if I could if I needed to and it went through would explain why I called..but no such luck!!! Office was locked, no night crew,no wifi, and no 911 or room phone!! WTF!!! Couldn't sleep because I was beyond ticked off..finally did doze off around 8 am till 11:05 am n awoke to a Indian man pounding on the door and yelling he need the room cleaner to come in...got up n went to office to ask about this n show him the nasty room..he came up n his response was no refund and it's not the Ritz-Carlton!! He is the owner/management and a lil p.o.s. told him he can talk to the Health Board!! So here's step 1!!! You just screwed over the wrong man Mr!!!

if i told my friends and family i will tell them to go there because it is a nice places to stay and it is so clean nice and well for the money
