I felt compelled to write up a review on this company. I run a company where we put our hearts and souls into our customers and I always try to educate my customers the value of writing up reviews for a company whether good/bad. That future consumers NEED to understand who they are really dealing with.



Ok, this is how I came in contact with NorthCoast Mechanical. They called our number which belonged to a roofer many years ago. So I am not even a customer of theirs. Just a call by chance. I ended up spending over 40mins on the phone with the owner of this company because we somehow ended up speaking in depth about business, customers, and even core values. .



To be just some random person they accidently called, purchased nothing. Nothing to benefit either of us for business. Yet I clearly seen the amount of HONESTY & HEART this guy displayed.



I felt so compelled that I spent time to reverse search his business just to leave a review for his company. I hope that any potential customer this company might have will see what we have written because there are not that many truly caring companies out there anymore and everything about the conversation told me this guy cared deeply about his company, the way he treated people.



To leave this impression upon me personally without ever once doing actual business with his company tells you a lot about just how genuine this guy & his company is
