I just bought a car from Tony about a month ago. He is fantastic. He let me take my time in deciding which vehicle I would purchase. Tony was extremely patient with me and I would have to say the best car salesman I've encountered. He knows a lot about cars and the best thing about him is that he is really honest. I bought the car at sticker price and would have even paid more for it how much I love it!

Theses guys were awesome, lowered purchase by $800. Have me 8 tires new, 4 winter, and 4 summer tires. Got me financed with no credit. I would probably buy every car from now on from there. Great people

This was a great place to buy a car , the sales staff was so helpful ,Miguel was so great ,the down payment didn't break my bank , the only problem I had was I didn't have the extra money to get the car on my insurance policy that day but Miguel talked to his boss and they paid the first payment and added it to my car note so I had insurance to leave with the car. Will recommend them to everyone!!!

I'm sorry...but I find it hard it believe that there are so many positive reviews about this place. I purchased a vehicle from them in August and have nothing but issues since. From day one...they gave me a car with no gas and no windshield washer fluid in it...I know these are minor things, but it would have been nice to actually have enough gas to actually drive around in my "new" car for a little bit...but nope the gas light game on even before I made it home (which by the way is about 5 minutes from there location). I know they are minor things...but that is only the tip of the iceberg. After having the car for just about a week it starting over heating...then the battery died! Even though we asked them about the battery at the time of purchase. The battery was dead when we tried to test drive it and the "wonderful" ADAM as mentioned a few time below assured us that it was just because the lights were left on, not the case or I wouldn't have been stranded and they wouldn't have been replacing the battery a week later. There was body damage to the car that I asked that they fix before I before I purchased it; the "fixed it" sure...only for it to be rusting in the exact same spot already. Now don't get me wrong...I get I am buying a used car...but a used car that I am paying a lot of money for every single month but when you have a car for less than 6 months and it already requires about $300.00 out of pocket repairs (on top of getting new tires) it gets to be frustrating. So now for the worst part of this whole thing...as I said I bought the car in August and have made my payments as required on time every month even paying a little extra here and there when I can. When I bought the car they assured that it would help to re0build my credit as the ultimate goal is to get a brand new car in the future. So I pulled my credit report...guess what? THEY ARE NOT REPORTING as they said they were. So after an almost entire day of frustrating phone calls I finally talk to someone who seems to know what is going on. The told me that they are aware that they are not reporting and have had ongoing issue with the reporting and it had been that way for months, I only think that its fair that they should be informing people of that; as most people who have to use a buy here pay here type place are doing it to help re-build or establish credit. They keep telling me that they are working on it; but no one knows when it will be resolved or if they will be able to back date it to show all of the positive payment history that has been happening since August! As I said at the beginning of this post...I find it hard to believe that there are not more dissatisfied customers making reviews. I personally have been in at this location several times and witnessed massive amounts of poor customer service and just straight up rudeness! I will never recommend anyone to this place and I will certainly never purchase another vehicle from this place!
