Horrible Management & Maintenance Crew! Never Recommend! I had a maintenance man come to my apartment smelling like alcohol to never even fix the problem. This will happen over and over...nothing will get fixed. Apartments are old and dirt, smell like urine, have mold in them! Managment will not help you only lie or argue with you until you leave them alone. Do NOT rent from Niederst. 2 thumbs down.
