I used this company back in December of 2013. I am still dealing with the destruction they left. They did over $40,000 worth of damage to my things. They have almost no insurance and I had to settle for only $4800. They also lost their license to go out of the state of Ohio. I wouldn't allow them to move an empty box. My reviews of them have also been wiped out everywhere. All the damage this company did is beyond what can be stated here, but before using, you should look up the BBB rating. These so-called reviews are no doubt members of their company. This company should be put out of business. They may be a bit cheaper than some, but you will still not get what you pay for. BEWARE!!!

I used this company back in 2011 and it still makes me sick how much they damaged and broke of ours. At least 2000 dollars worth of damage. Not to mention all of my reviews of them have been wiped out everywhere. This is a shady company and you should look up the BBB rating. I was one of them. DO NOT USE!!! These so called reviews have to be members of their company. Poor excuse for a moving company.

Great stress free moving expirence! The movers were polite and efficient, the coordinator took care of all my needs and concerns. Great value for the money.

AVOID this company.

-Showed up an hour later than the time frame they gave me.

-Drivers drove 10-25mph under the speed limit (presumably to get overtime charges).

-Drivers appeared to be ungodly high when they got out of the truck to deliver contents to my destination.

-Even with their ultra slow driving, the drivers had 30 minutes to make a 15 minute drive to their HQ, and somehow I was charged a $44.50 "Extra Time" fee.



The only way I could have been more disappointed is if they ruined my belongings in route, which I was fortunate did not happen.

They quoted a fair rate and then proceeded to pad the hours resulting in extra hours charges. I contacted Crystal Haynik. the person who has quoted the job, as soon as I saw the copy of the final bill to have it corrected. She said she would have a manager call me. A day and a half later and 3 more calls and emails from me and I still have no phone call. Just a smug email reply that they believe the billing to be correct.



While it is too late for me, I found out through they Cleveland BBB that they have an F rating, the worst you can have and have 30 complaints. Now 31.

The move was done in a timely manner without any damages. My bedroom set was disassembled then put back together correctly and that's what I was worried about most but all went well!! I'm happiest that the quote I received was accurate & I appreciated that the most. Honesty doesn't come with many companies anymore, Thank you Moving Experts!

I moved back on December 26th, I was worried and a nervous wreck at first due to the fact my move was the day after christmas but these guys came in very friendly and professional and got the job done efficiently. I would definitly recommend Moving Experts to my close friends and family. Also the guy I spoke to originally named Ryan was very professional and even though I called him 5 or 6 times with a list of questions he was very friendly and patient with me and answered everything and helped put me at ease!

Moving Experts LLC, Not so much moving experts. I used them in June to move and they caused thousands worth of damage. I received legal representation, and the lawyers said it's not worth pursing. It would take years in small claims and that there is nothing I can do to remedy the issue. It's my word against theirs, even though I had witnesses. I could receive a settlement, but by that time the company could be folded under and at that point there is nothing else we can do. You can try to go after the owner, but again not worth it. This company is a joke and I HIGHLY advise anyone NOT to use this company. They are very un professional and the workers don't take care of your items. If they say they are wrapping things up on the truck, they clearly do not. They advised me not to take the higher insurance because they always take care of your items. Why not save your self 100 dollars the mover said, we'll be careful with your items. I should have known at that point to take it. They will be very safe. HA!!!! Joke is on me. This company is a joke and if they continue business practices like this, they won't last. You can file complaints with the USDOT 1754267, and PUCO 494233 but nothing will come of it other then what you signed for. I filed my claim and it took over 2 months to get an answer to my claim. And since I signed the .60 cents per pound voucher, they got away with murder in my opinion. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. If you want thousands worth of damage ( seriously not one item, not damaged!!! NOT ONE!) and the run around from the workers, then by all means use them, but if you care about your items, DON'T USE THEM!!!! bad news all away around. Moving Experts Big or Small They damage it all...

I would NEVER recommend Moving Experts. I actually have told everyone I know never to use this company because what "experts" damage your personal belongings and then do absolutely nothing about it. My experience was horrible. I have a heavy bookcase and the movers dragged it across my hardwood floors and gouged out pieces of the floor. The movers also took out a wall carrying my wardrobe. The claims manager told me that I should have gone to Home Depot and bought something to protect my floors. The funny thing is that I put down something to protect the floors and the movers told me it was in the way and I had to move it. The claims manager said the company was not responsible for the damage to the walls and floor. That was after an earlier conversation where he told me he was going to do the gentleman thing and fix all the damages. I guess the gentleman thing to do is lie and cheat people out of the money needed to fix the damages done to the furniture, wall and floors. The claims manager was rude and disrespectful.

I just wanted to follow up with a thank you for my great experience with Moving Experts. The 2 guys that were sent to help me move were such a great help and did a fantastic job. I didn't want their hard work and dedication to go unnoticed.

The "sales manager" FRED is completely unprofessional and sent inappropriate private text messages to my wife from his business line! When trying to talk to a real manager they will direct your complaint to the person it is against and that person will call you...stay away!
