This contractor was professional and courteous. He took time to explain the issues with our flues and gave us his advice. He will send a report and an estimate on the cost of repairs.

I would highly recommend Modern Day Chimney/Bob Jones for any of your chimney needs. I recently had my chimney cleaned out and a lining installed. I found Modern Day Chimney through an Internet search. After seeing how much black soot I had in my chimney, I am going to make sure that I continue to clean my chimney every year. I also want to mention that I am retired and have to live on a very tight budget, and Bob's prices are very reasonable.
