Founded in 1988, Metro Catholic School is an elementary school that serves more than 600 students in prekindergarten through eighth grade. It is a coeducational school that is a member of the National Catholic Educational Association and other religious school associations. Metro Catholic School offers a variety of sports activities, including baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as a yearbook, student council, band, and Powers of the Pen, Classrooms of Champions and Hoops for Heart programs.
