In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I'm not exaggerating when I ca...

I'm not exaggerating when I call this particular restaurant one of the most unorganized I've ever visited. Today I went and myself, along with several others, were waiting for at LEAST 20 minutes to get our food at non-busy hours. A few of the were having conversations with people who I'm assuming just came to visit them, other employees were having conversations with one another using profanity. After waiting about 20 minutes for a medium fry, a young girls mother demanded that they give her daughter a refund. The manager that was working that shift barked at the employees to get their "sh*t" together and leave her alone because she needed to take care of her "OWN sh*t", then returned to the back of the restaurant, where she had been the whole time until she needed to do a refund.

Aside from this particular day, the food is cold more often than none, and during the day shift the tea is liquid diabetes sweet. I'm NOT being dramatic. Not all, but the majority of the staff has really nasty attitudes. I would not recommend anyone visit this restaurant unless they have a high tolerance for ignorance, and the time to sit there and wait while they fix your food over and over.
