Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Treated my dog like it was their own. Followed up with multiple phone calls.

James Ringer is an overall nic...

James Ringer is an overall nice guy, but his care is pretty pricy. I have been going there for over 10 years. I have been going there because the hospital is right up the street from where i live. Lately, they have been charging me for everything. The last time i went in was for a rabies shot and walked out with all these unnecessary charges. I also lately have been looking for a good vet to neuter my dog and I read on another review page that someone said they tried to charge him $400 to neuter his dog.

Unfortunately for everyone it is getting very expensive to run a business especially an Animal Hospital. We try to provide top quality services and products at reasonable prices. Human pharma has taken over our industry. Increasing prices just like in the human industry. Internet pharmacies are also killing the animal health industry. They provide product that is not always authentic at a price that is below our cost. If we lose our retail income then services of all vets will go up. We believe that you get what you pay for. We strive for perfection. Also, many have learned that price shopping a surgery usually is a painful experience for your pet, with lower quality supplies used and NO pain medication. Just a thought.
