We just bought carpet from Marshall Carpet and I would absolutely recommend. While in the showroom, we had so many options and the sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were great. They were efficient and cleaned up after they finished. From start to finish, everyone at Marshall Carpet was professional and helpful. We are so happy with the experience and the new carpet!

The professionalism kindness and knowledge from the staff at Marshall carpet in helping us choose our carpet tile as well as the area rugs for our home was not only excellent but they made all the decisions we needed to make a fun experience. They have the largest selections of any store we ever shopped at. Marshall Wien founded Marshall Carpet in 1966. Since then we have grown into a 3rd generation family owned business. Our main goal has always been to provide superior customer service to anyone with flooring needs. We have been in many locations over the years but now reside in our new 17,000 square foot showroom at Eastgate shopping plaza in Mayfield Hts.
