I have been a customer for decades. I have a narrow foot and am always challenged with the shoe shopping experience. At Mar Lou's, I can get both fit and fashion! The purse and accessory selection is also amazing. My favorite salesperson is Nathan. What else can I add that hasn't been stated in the other reviews. The level of service from Nathan and the other staff will keep you coming back for years to come...guaranteed!

Nathan Wright is my "go-to" person. He remembers me, my name, my likes even when I have been absent for a year or more. No sooner do I walk in the door than I hear his cheery voice greeting me by name! I can be picky and hard to please, but Nathan's good humor and professional demeanor never waiver. Indeed, I believe Nathan is not just a foot whisperer, but a sole/soul healer!

I have shopped at Marlou's for years and love there service, styles and their employees. This time I had just gotten my walking boot off, and needed a multi purpose shoe. Nathan helped me find the style and worked with me to fit me right.

Above and beyond customer service from Narhan! I went in on a lunch break looking for shoes for an interview. Nathan helped me find the perfect shoes in no time and he helped me figure out that I've been wearing the wrong size shoes for years?! I felt like a million bucks walking into that interview yesterday! This evening I received an email from Nathan saying he hoped the interview went well and hoped the shoes made a difference for me...they did, Nathan! Best place to find hard to find sizes, comfort or shoes for orthotics, and name brands. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The shoes are pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Our family has been shopping at Mar-Lou for many years. The sales staff is second to none. They know feet and they know shoes! They carry brands like SAS, New Balance, Ecco, Keen, Wolky, Ziera, Ros Hommerson, Munro and a whole bunch of others. They have a bunch for my husband including Rockport, Clarks, Bostonian, New Balance and a lot more. The gals who work there are so warm and friendly, it's not any wonder they've been around since 1958. Every time I come they fit me with a new pair of New Balance shoes or Munro shoes or something comparable in quality. They make certain the shoes fit me correctly before I leave the store. I usually end up buying some gorgeous handbags or other accessories as well. It is really the finest shoe store of it's kind anywhere. I wear a very difficult size and have trouble with my feet. I am able to go to Mar-Lou and get anything my girlfriends wear and most of the time it's even cuter stuff and better quality. I LOVE MAR-LOU SHOES. Don't change a thing!
