These guys are the best, they worked with us every step of the way to fit our post with a sound system . I was even given personal phone number that would wake them up at night if a problem arose , and by chance one did on a week end at 10 pm , and they where there to walk me through 2 hrs on the phone. I wish more companies where like them. Honest and reliable. The service they provide is outstanding . No other company has ever come close to these guys. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for sound and lighting equipment . They truly have there heart and soul in there business.

WOW! WOW! WOW! My church decided to start a contemporary worship service. We needed complete sound system. I found MADPROAUDIO. I was really grateful for the way they listened to our needs, worked within our budget, gave honest opinions, even dedicated nighttime hours to helping us, had the patience to give it 100% for more than 4 weeks of design ideas, etc. They ask you more questions and dig deeper than anyone else to find out what truly fits your needs and ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. In truth, its hard to find a business like this now a day...people who really care about the work they do and want to make customers happy.



Additionally, I appreciated the level of integrity I found at MADPROAUDIO. I never felt ripped off. As MADPROAUDIO boldly stated to me during our first conversation: The easy part is finding many other places that simply have cheaper prices, yet it is impossible to find another company that puts as much heart into their customers as they do.



I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a solid company. If its quality in every aspect you want (product and customer service), MADPROAUDIO is the place!



Before I forget, this company has a really cool shop. They're not open to the public and yet they still give you the fairest prices and even aloud me to come to their shop for training (which by the way is an old night club converted into thier shop). I never once felt rushed when they were going over all the aspects of the system, which was important considering I knew nothing about sound equipment. In fact, I think I could have taken up their entire day and they would of never budged once on the level of patience, knowledge,and integrity they put into the presentation.

I have never in my life experienced such wonderful customer service! I have researched where I could buy all-in-one systems for the easiest way for me to break into the karaoke business. I did find a lot of systems advertised online, often including over 100,000 songs! I continued to compile my research when I came across, on ebay, an ad for a system that pointed out every item of equipment that was included as well as descriptions (reasonably priced). On a chance, I called the seller (Mad Pro Audio). Jeff (sales) was very educated about the karaoke business and spent a lot of time on the phone with me to share that knowledge and listened, very patiently, to my needs. I learned from him the current Copy Right laws regarding Karaoke music, and why I shouldn’t buy a preloaded karaoke system, not to mention the fact that most of those systems contain duplicated songs. He put me in touch with legal Karaoke music distributors for my music. He talked to me about my specific needs and how what I was looking for would probably not give me the sound and clarity that I wanted to project during a show. He suggested that he and the staff a Mad Pro Audio could customize a system for me that would meet my needs. Now, I was sure that a system like that would be extraordinarily expensive, but I listened to his suggestions and he proposed a system to me that would fit into my budget and justified to me every cent that I would spend, including all of the extra items that are always needed. He had heard all that I said and assured me that they would help me learn how to set it up and troubleshoot any problem that I may encounter. Jeff, Mike and Rob have made themselves available to me at any time, day or night. True to their word, they walked me though how to set up everything, making sure to explain to me about where I place my system and speakers and subs in venues for optimum sound quality. They have walked me though every bit of troubleshooting that I have had- most errors I created myself- and they fixed those. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I know my system inside and out! They have always spoken to me with patience and have never gotten exasperated with my lack of knowledge and terminology of audio equipment.

I could not be more overjoyed over the quality, durability, and concern that they put into the custom system that they built for me. I live in a place where Karaoke Hosts are plenty and nearly every night of the week you can find at least 5 nearby venues advertising a karaoke show. But in as little as 3 months, my show has gone from a following of 6 people to a rotation of over 30 singers nearly every night I host- not to mention standing room only in a room full of people that just come to listen! Other Karaoke hosts and DJ’s have cancelled their shows to come sing on my system. I get numerous compliments from people in the industry on my system- which means a lot to me because I came into this business with no expert knowledge but only the ability to sing! I owe the success of my ever growing business to Mad Pro Audio! Even months later, they still check in with me to see how everything is going and offering their help to me in ways that may not generate a sale from me at the time! They are the most professional, courteous, concerned, wonderful people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with- a far cry from the usual run of the mill chain stores and people just in the business of having you buy something then never hear from again. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! I would recommend Mad Pro Audio for anyone- person just breaking into the industry and experts! I look forward to working with them in the future and am already thinking about lights, and adding more systems as my business grows! I never dreamed that I could do what I love for a living and Mad Pro Audio (with their continued passion for customer service and quality equipment) has been there for me every step of the way.
