BS scam of a store forcing people to overpay for services they don't need. All part of the plan to convince people they are too dumb to do anything them selves.



If you are compitant enough to trouble shoot your equipment and diagnose a failed part there is no logical reasoning why you shouldn't be able to buy a replacement part and install it your self other than they have a vested interest in forcing people to have to overpay their recommend service providers.
