I have been a customer of Lee's Beauty Supply Stores for quite some time ... sending relatives and friends to these stores as well over the years ... But I continue to find; and have heard from countless others ... they have very poor customer service/satisfaction all around ... Lee/Harvard Shopping Plaza is just awful!



Consumers have to find other ways and places to purchase items they find necessary for beauty care! They make so much money from the communities here in Cleveland but when there is a problem ... they fail to address them -- no refunds; no credits; no recourse ... towards the item that is defective nor another purchase ... they say 'final sale' ... if you purchase an item and as soon as you attempt to use it -- you can't because it is defective! Their reply is 'final sale'! I will go out of my way and tell everyone that I know to purchase products from establishments that have some type of customer service/satisfaction base in place ... The economy is terrible enough without purchasing items and finding them to be defective ... and having no recourse. TV Station 5 will like this!
