I am a CPA and own an older model HP Laserjet III. I was in desperate need of a toner cartridge which is hard to find. I called Laser Impressions late on a Friday afternoon and one of the owners Ernie Goldstein explained that although they don't have regular retail hours because they provide on-site repair services -- he would be happy to meet me at their office in Euclid at a 4:30pm and that they always have that particular cartridge in stock as well as all the hard to find HP cartridge. Price was great as was the service.

Great work I have a dental practice and our work horse printer is an HP 4000T. I stopped working the other day. The question is always, is it worth fixing the old piece of equipment or just put the money toward a new machine. These people fixed is in one day for a very reasonable fee. Often it is a small inexpensive part that can make a $1000 machine worthless. They know how and what to do. I will take my printer to Laser Impressions for service until they tell they can't repair it any more. What great people!!
