I did not get the stone I ordered. I knew what I wanted told the salesperson, she said she knew what I was talking about and I assumed she ordered it. When the stone was delivered it was not at all what I explained. I called several times without any reply. Finally talked to the owner and he told me that I got what I ordered (A sawnback stone). I knew I would not get what I ordered but was willing to keep the stone if they polished the back. They told me that I got what I ordered. Because I did not know the lingo I am stuck with what she ordered. Unfortunatly she is no longer with the company so it is my word against theirs. They won't even consider fixing it. This was for my husband. Every time I visit the cemetary I remember what a terrible experience I had with Kotecki. I would not recommend them.
