Provided by YP.comThe owners are sisters, they have other family members involved with this business as well. Other names used are Achievements for Independence and A Wonderful Environment. They have mentally ill residents' named as "Staff". In other words, one resident taking care of another. I had a family member in two of these homes for less than 24hrs. These homes are dumps! They are located in Cleveland which means, lineant housing inspections, if any. The owners of these homes collect money from the government for low income individuals. They do this with multiple residents making up to six thousand dollars per month. My family member was promised a refund two months ago.
