John and John King Jr. run a very competitive local tire business. They deal in all the major brand and their prices are great. I'd rather support someone who has lived and worked in Cleveland rather than a chain business whose ownership may be in another state. When you do business with John King and come back a few years later, you'll be dealing with the same people. They stand behind their products. When my tires started leaking at the rims, they demounted them, cleaned the rims thorougly and resealed them. They didn't charge anything for the work even thought the tires were a few years old. You won't get that kind of service at NTB. We all talk about how greedy big businesses are but we often go back to them over and over. Try working with a locally owned business. You will not regret it. I highly recommend John King Tire where their slogan rings true: John King Tire, where the Customer is the King!
