Sifu Holz is a skilled and affable instructor teaching Yang style T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Form Correction and Application, Sword Form, Push Hands and San Shou as well as principles, body mechanics and philosophies of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. I've been a student of Jim Holz for over 2 years and am continually amazed by his knowledge and teaching performance of this elegant Art. One of the few instructors in the state of Ohio to have earned a Diploma to teach T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Sifu received his diploma in 1995 from Grandmaster William C.C.Chen of New York City. Anyone looking to learn any aspect of this beautiful martial art - for self defense or health and wellness -would do well to try a class. In my class, some of us have "trick" knees and a little arthritis, but we're having a lot of fun!
