No respect for privacy

Howard Hanna is a big company with many realtors; we have had a bad experience with Lori Schwartz, in the Chagrin Falls Office. Ms. Schwartz makes videos of properties she lists for use in marketing, which detail the interiors and exteriors of the properties, which she then posts on public sites like Google videos. Once the property is sold, she leaves the videos up on the site so that she can promote herself. Anyone who buys a property from Lori can enjoy having anyone on the internet view the interior of their home, searchable by address. We have asked Lori to take the video down, and she has not done so, nor will Howard Hanna instruct her to do so. This indicates a lack of common courtesy and unprofessionalism.
