We have purchased lighting from House of Lights on on a few occasions over the years and have been very satisfied. There were never any issues and it was simply a positive buying experience.

Our recent purchase was more complicated in the sense that we purchased a kitchen ceiling fan, installed it but were disappointed with the light distribution. Suffice it to say that their management worked with us to reach a proper and satisfactory solution. Extremely nice people to deal with! That was the real test: How they handled a situation that went beyond a normal sale and into negotiating territory. I highly recommend them for outstanding customer service and quality merchandise (which is competitively-priced).
