went here yesterday for a birthday gathering and the service was horrible, we sat at the bar for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged while the waitresses only waited who they wanted to. we then proceeded to walk out While exiting I asked for the manager , the young lady came over and asked if she could help me I asked if there are four servers behind the bar( 2 of them standing around) why arent we being served she replied oh what do you want of course I said no thanks. not good for business seeing that I was ordering a round for 10 people and planned on spending the rest of the evening there doing the same, not to mention they would have had an awesome tip. note to owner: no one's going to beg to give away their money & first impressions are lasting.

Terrible service. Bartenders never acknowledged us when we were sitting right at the bar in the open. Never greeted or offered a drink or menu. One bartender was making a drink. one guy was just putsing around at the bar, and the other girl stood there, messing with her cell phone. We ultimately left and had delicious food at a place down the road whos service and friendliness far surpassed our expectations- Boston Market! We would never recommend this place. He'll, even Rally's would look like a 4-star restaurant next to this dump!
