I called ahead to order a specialty birthday cake for a family member. Spoke with Deneen, not very helpful at all! I cannot come in to pick out the decoration, and she said, "well most people come in and choose from our book". Can I mention that this family member resides in Pepper Pike and spends 300.00 or more per week in your store! I will be having a talk with him....
