This is one of the best shops in ohio everyone is nice they make you feel welcome I got my hair done it lasted for about three months it's clean Very elegant and a beautiful shop I love them and will definitely be returning!

They service all around is poor. The client is not most important. They have an extreme lack of respect for your time, money, and reason for being there. I took a picture of what was the stylist work and she made a mess of my hair. I showed up 20mins early for my appointment and she didn't get to me until 20mins past my appointment time. She did not have to wash my hair only style. It took her 3 hours to see in THREE tracks and 5 mins to do what she called style it. When I expressed my unhappiness with the "owner" the only things she offered as a resolution is to have the girl who made me unhappy curl my hair again... After I have just lost 3hiurs I my life,wasted time, why would I go back to her???? The owner offered no resolution and believed her stylist did what I asked. Even though I had a picture of the style it was supposed to be and my hair was not remotely close. I asked the owner if she had a client come in to have their hair done would she allow them to leave with their hair looking like mine and she REFUSED to answer. I will NEVER go there again. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. As an owner she should hold her stylist more accountable and make sure clients are at least satisfied before leaving her shop. Two thumbs down!

Rude, unprofessional, overpriced, the worst customer service ever. After being forgot about in the waiting area(for over an hour!), and losing my appointment time to another client, staff acted unapologetic and annoyed that THEY forgot about ME. They speak poorly of their customers, make fun of their hair, and tease and humiliate woman who are not up to their standard of beauty. Just an all together shameful environment

The salon owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful. She did my hair and expected more then the phone quoted price and she didn't make me feel comfortable when choosing my style. I left feeling unfufilled and will NEVER return there for services.
