In short I was advised by Harvey Bruner to take a plea and give up my rights for a case, innocent I pleaded not guilty after which Harvey asked the Judge for a moment to consult with me. We left the court room then literally he screamed and yelled at me to plead guilty. Harvy made me nervous enough to take his advice. I was never informed of my rights or warned of any consequence for pleading guilty to a lesser charge. Several years later I am still paying the price for taking Bruners advice. Hiring Harvey and ignorance of the law lead to a bad decision. I called Harvey Bruner a year or so after the case to ask why he didn't warn me about the consequences of taking his advice on pleading to a lesser charge, his answer was that I didn't ask. Be warned!

Harvey Bruce Bruner is a attorney which which will not defend your case and will slander you and harm your defense in open court. He represented my brother in a criminal matter and will make negative statements to the judge about his own client. He will demand more money after an agreement has been made and if you do not pay up he will completely turn his back, not call you, be unresponsive and destroy your defense. He has no morals or ethics and loves to brag about driving his BMW 750 across Ohio with the top down. He has been recently suspended to practice law in 2012. I would never recommend him for anything as it relates to the law not even a traffic ticket. He will harm your defense and demand hundreds of thousands of dollars only to get convicted. He has a high ego and he believes he can move mountains in the legal arena but after speaking to other attorney in the area he has been titled a snake in the industry. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE YOU HAVE BEEN FOR WARNED
