Privately owned for 40+ years, well managed 152 unit apartment complex (H & M Management Company.) The office staff have been here 15+ years and are professional and responsive.



1 and 2 bedroom units on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Walk up, mail is delivered in locked boxes inside each building, packages can be held at the office for pick up. Each apartment has their own furnace and water heater. Gas stoves and refrigerator/freezer. Laundry area in each building with 2 washers and dryers, and a locking mini storage unit for each apartment. Each unit has 3 sides windows, so you don't have a neighbor on any wall. This makes each unit very quiet.



The complex has a snow plow on site, and a snow blower. The parking lots and sidewalks are cleared by 7:00 am when it snows. Landscaping is maintained by a professional company. Multiple trash dumpsters are emptied twice a week.



The parking lots are well lit. A few single people and young couples as well as older couples/retired folks make up the residents. Not well adapted to children. Units are small and no play area, no swimming pool etc. This does keep the units very affordable. There are picnic tables in the grass. Complex is near stores, gas stations, library etc. It is a great place to live.



No property taxes, no Homeowner Association fees, and no maintenance. It is care free economical living! We signed our lease for year 2. Some residents have been here 20 + years.
