My family has been costomers of Gustave Julian Jewelers for about ten years. My mother and father have been delighted with the service and quality of their products. A year ago my husband Tim purchased a beautiful engagement ring at a commercial vendor based in South Florida where we now live. My wedding was held here in the Cleveland area far away from the vendor. Two days before my wedding I noticed one of my little pave diamonds had fallen out of my setting. I was devastated! We called the vendor in Florida and there was no help for us so far from their store. My mother called Gustave Julian and asked if there was anyway they could help. Gustave Julian said "bring it in and we'll have a look at it". Three hours later my ring was fixed with a brand new diamond! They really saved the day and contributed to my mental stability.
