For starters when you call they are very unprofessional, I was greeted by a lady who simply said "hello" and I responded "hi, is this Greg's Tree Service?" sarcastically she responded "um yeah" I then asked her if I could set up a free estimate and she rudely told me that someone would call me back. When I received the call back a few hours later I was unable to answer the phone and they called back again five minutes later (still unable to answer the phone) they left rude message stating they had been trying to get ahold of me and to please call back.



It is one of those feelings you get when you know you shouldn't do business with the company but need to for the price. Greg's was the cheapest out of the 3 companies I had come out for estimates and that is the ONLY reason why I went with them.



They cut down the tree's within the 2 week period they gave me, but I had wanted them to leave the wood cut into 18 inch pieces for me. When I returned home to see they had cut down the trees (they don't call to let you know when they are coming) there wasn't any wood left. I called to ask where it was and had to leave a message. I hadn't heard back from the company and 2 days later I returned home to find random maple tree wood thrown up my tree lawn. This wood was NOTHING like the wood I would've had from my tree. Not to mention the sloppy way it was tossed up my lawn. The wood was about 30 inches around, knotty, bugs had eaten it, and impossible to split. When I called back to tell them that I didn't want the wood that was left Greg screamed at me on the phone and said the following statements:



"Do you think I have nothing better to do then come back out there and pick up the wood" "I was trying to make you happy, but I guess that will never happen, so you get nothing" "My guys spend an extra hour at your place grinding your wood and were late to the next job" "Firewood is firewood so it doesn't matter what the size is"



And then to top it all off...he HUNG up on me!



I would never do business with Greg's Tree Service again and know fully understand why he was the cheapest I had called. I would've given them 2 stars for at least taking down the trees, but the disrespect I received from Greg would land them the 1 star. Very unprofessional.

Very Good Job! Workers were all very professional and hard working. Best estimate in town. Highly recommmended. Greg did a great job!

What a grear job they did on removing my tree. The crew was fast and courteous. They did such a good job cleaning up.The price was reasonable compared to other quotes I recieved and I wanted professionals to do the work. I was't dissappointed. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
