I live out of state and ordere...

I live out of state and ordered some beautiful flowers in a vase, knowing that the family of the deceased would enjoy them at their house after the service. After the service was over, the family received some of the flowers, but were told by Golubski Deliberato that all fresh flowers in the vases were thrown away, "because they die anyways." The family was furious with how this was handled, and I was upset as well, having spent well over $100 on flowers. I specifically bought them for the family, and the funeral home threw them away right after the service! The funeral home did not have the right to make the decision to throw the flowers away or give them away to anyone other than the family. Not only is the family upset over this, but we are upset also, having spent so much to purchase something we thought the famly would enjoy. I hope I can influence everyone NOT to use this funeral home, as they obviously have no regard for the feelings of the family.
