Customer nightmare. The appliances look beautiful at the showroom. Prices are only a little lower than retail. The freezer I bought never worked right. The technician usually made things worse although he did install a brand new seal. After 8 service calls, they brought another freezer. The trim was yellowed, there were leaves underneath it, and the door rack was missing. They called it an upgrade. This one was noisy, leaked at times, and broke after 4 years.
