If I could rate this as zero stars I would!! This place is so unprofessional. I came in to get checked for a UTI. I gave a urine sample. The doctor says the lab technician wasn't in. The doctor tells me I would need to wait until tomorrow to get receive a prescription even though the symptoms I expressed matched a UTI. I was fine with that because I figured I would get a call back first thing in the morning. At noon the next day. Still no call. So I call them around 3pm. They told me the lab results still weren't in and to call back around 5pm. I call back around 5:30pm and you would not believe! The results were still not in!!!! Then the reception got snobby with me like I inconvenienced her in some way. She then tells me to give her my name and number and she'll call me back. I still haven't received a call back. What a waste of time and money!

I went in for a physical because I was going on an international trip through a company and they made me get one. It was a stupid physical that was short, and the doctor kept shaming me for not having a primary care doctor. She was rude because she didn't know my medical history, even though I have none. I just needed it for a trip and she acted like I needed her to fill out this super serious form. That was after I waited over an hour. Overall it took like 2.5 hours. Worst experience ever!

I had a terrible experience at this place. I waited for three hours while many people were seen in front of me. When I got in, the doctor looked at my issue (skin rash) and told me he could not tell me what type of rash it was and prescribed two medications to me without giving me further information. The rash was actually a pretty common rash and two other providers (at other establishments) later instantly recognized it. The medications caused a severe reaction. When I left, I had to ask to pay my co-pay and the women gave me the wrong number so I now have to mail them a check for more. Overall dissatisfied.
