I contacted this center today due to a referal from The job and family services here in Ohio. Upon calling, a lady answered the phone without identifying herself. I had to confirm if I called the right number after asking several questions. When I asked the weekly rate for a 13 month old to attend the center? The women didn't know.I then asked her how could she not know? she is answering the phone for the business after all. The women hang up the phone on me. I called back again, and I was called a "Loser!" for asking a very simple question she should know... Very unprofessional and rude! Imagine what they are calling the kids when your not there. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she was not on the property as well. The review left by Involvedmama was so accurate. They act like ghetto trash.

I had to withdraw my children due to the unprofessionalism of this daycare. The owner does not even have an high school diploma, nor any business sense. The administrator, geri, is just as ghetto fabulous as ever! She has no training in being an administrator and doesn't excercise good sense. If u bring her any problems or concerns, just like the owner, she will catch an attitude and cuss u out. I may have a little education behind me, but she was fooled by me being able to get down with her. Due to their foolishness, state had to get involved at least once, sometimes twice, a month.
